I am safe and sound at the home of my dear friends, James and Adela.
I pulled in about 7:30 and James and Adela fed me and took me to the opening night of Bikeriders, which was great, and could not have been more fitting, because the three of us have shared some spectacular motorcycles adventures together.
There are many stories to tell of James and Adela’s tremendous generosity, wisdom, and kindness, as well as the role they have played in my life.
Luckily, I am here for a few days, so there will be some time.
More to follow!
Good night to all!

I got to see The Bikeriders with Bones & Anita, in here right now from Ecuador. He lived that life in Chicago and was raving about the book for a couple years now. So seeing it with him was extra special. I was right where your bike is parked last week, hitting my head on that hanging ladder, but less often than James. We never started our bikes; rain the whole time.

Wow, looks you did a non-stop ride from Seattle to Missoula. That’s at least seven hours in the saddle! I’m stiff and sore just thinking about it. I hope James and Adela have a hot tub…
