A great day.
We took 12 from Lolo, MT, to Kooskia, ID, and then 95. It was stunning the whole way. Lolo Pass is one of the greatest roads I’ve been on. Idaho was absolutely beautiful through Hell Canyon.
We found a motel in Cambridge and a great pizza dinner.

In Laurel, you’re about 30 miles from the stomping grounds of one Carl Hilliard, western journalist, my dad, and your fellow iron-horser/Sportster rider.
